Ushimiru" adopts LoRa communication technology, consisting of Ushimiru collars, gateways, and a cloud application. Data is transmitted from the Ushimiru collars to the gateway via LoRa and from the gateway to the cloud server via LTE. This system allows data transmission from cows located up to 7 km away from the gateway. Farmers can access cow location information and other data on their PCs or smartphones, ensuring efficient and effective herd management.
Ushimiru is a remote monitoring system for grazing cattle. It detects escaped cattle early, preventing accidents like falls. It also detects estrus and early signs of injury or illness in distant cattle.
